By creating a Syntrofia account you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter a contract. We perform a hard age gate at signup.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and narrative, for all activity under your account, and for safeguarding your password. Impersonation, harassment, scraping, reverse engineering of our AI, and attempts to game psychometric scoring are prohibited.
You explicitly acknowledge that Claude (by Anthropic) analyses your narrative, your messages, and your interaction patterns to build an AI-inferred psychometric profile used to surface matches and craft icebreakers. These inferences are not clinical assessments. See our AI Disclosure.
You retain ownership of your narrative and content. You grant Syntrofia a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for matching and service features. Syntrofia does not claim copyright over AI-generated icebreakers.
Syntrofia is a connection platform — not a dating outcome guarantee. We are not liable for the conduct of other users or for outcomes of connections formed on the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Region-specific statutory rights apply.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. Deletion triggers a 30-day grace period, after which all data is purged.
This section applies to users in Singapore. The laws of Singapore govern these Terms. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration where available under applicable regional law (Singapore law).
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use Syntrofia after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
